Agent Gateway — Supplier Terms

Version 2026-10-20-v1. These are the terms a supplier accepts (clickwrap) when listing an API in the Agent Gateway.

1. Listing and authorisation

By listing an API you warrant that you own it, or are authorised by its owner to sell access to it, and that your terms of service and any upstream licences permit resale through a gateway like this one. If that stops being true, you will delist immediately. Quinn's Conveyance lists authorised APIs only — this warranty is the authorisation the listing relies on.

2. What Quinn's Conveyance does

Your endpoints are listed in the Agent Gateway catalog and exposed to AI agents as paid tools via MCP/x402. When an agent buys a call, Quinn's routes it to your API using the key you provide, returns your response to the agent, and records the call in a per-call ledger.

3. Money

You set the per-call price (minimum $0.02). You keep 80% of every delivered call; Quinn's Conveyance keeps 20%, out of which the facilitator fee is paid. Agents are charged only on successful delivery: if your API fails or is unreachable, the payment does not settle. If a payment ever settles for a call that was not delivered, the agent is refunded within 48 hours. Your share accrues per call and is paid to your payout wallet in batches — when it reaches $5, or monthly, whichever comes first.

4. Payout wallet

Before your first payout you must prove control of your payout wallet by signing a message we give you, and the wallet must pass a sanctions blocklist check. For self-serve accounts, the first payout is released after a one-time review by Quinn's Conveyance. Changing a verified payout wallet requires a fresh signature and starts a 48-hour payout hold.

5. Your API key

Provide a dedicated key for the gateway (scoped and rate-limited if your API supports it). Keys are stored encrypted and decrypted only in memory to route calls. Rotating or revoking your key takes effect immediately — revoking is your kill switch and pauses your listings.

6. Prohibited listings

Do not list: APIs you do not control or lack rights to resell; anything unlawful to sell; services aimed at sanctioned parties or jurisdictions; or endpoints designed to harm buyers or the gateway. Listings that fail excessively may be auto-paused (you will see the reason in your dashboard).

7. Data

Call payloads and responses pass through the gateway only to fulfil each call. Your data and your buyers' data are never sold. Per-call records (price, status, settlement hash) are kept for accounting and are visible to you in your dashboard.

8. Delisting and suspension

You may pause or delist at any time, effective immediately. Quinn's Conveyance may pause or remove a listing that breaches these terms, fails excessively, or creates legal or security risk. Amounts already accrued for delivered calls remain payable under section 3.

9. Pilot terms

The gateway is a pilot service, provided as-is. Either side may end the relationship at any time. Quinn's Conveyance's liability is limited to amounts accrued and unpaid for delivered calls.

10. Changes

These terms are versioned. Material changes will be announced by email; continued listing after an announcement is acceptance of the new version.
